Our History
Paragon began as a human resources provider offering consulting engagements and Professional Employer Organization Services to west coast companies. Our clients ranged from small startup companies to larger known organizations such as Snapon Tools, Ford Motor Company and others. As we took on larger companies, we were forced to grow into additional states.
The percentage of client companies outsourcing their complete HR and payroll known as PEO was significant. However, our focus in partnering with clients to improve operational efficiency often took us into helping search for resource tools. In 2003 we took the approach that all clients needed HR tools to increase efficiency and moved forward toward researching tools and implementation needs. Today, we have a staff to help clients with their BPO needs, we continue to grow the consulting division and have added a franchise division to assist associations and franchises adopt a model to help grow their membership while increasing efficiency.
